Heavy beaded ropes are suitable for jump rope beginners, leisure and fitness users. Heavy beads can provide clear visual and audio feedback that help jumpers to quickly build up muscle memory. Jumpers can feel the rotation and tension of rope to make the learning progress easier. Benefits are similar to light-beaded ones, with the additional benefit of building lean muscles. The heavy beads create a heavier weight of the whole rope, therefore, jumpers will need to use more effort to turn the rope and create the same velocity. With the short handle, more wrist rotation is required making it harder to do cross, so beginners can practice and perfect their cross easily. *Actual product colour may vary from the images above.

Level: Beginner-friendly The Heavy Beaded Rope is meant for beginners who are only starting to learn the basics. The rope serves a function to enhance the muscle memory of the jumper, which will boost their learning process.  With heavier beads, jumpers can feel the rotation and tension of the rope which will help them coordinate turning a lot easier.

Level: Beginner-friendly to Medium Advanced  After harnessing Level 1-2 basic single skills as well as basic sprints, jumpers can switch to use a single light beaded rope for easier learning of a variety of multiples.  The light beads are not heavy and so the jumper can use less effort in turning the rope to create the same velocity required in multiple tricks.
