Return and Refund Policy 

We understand that you might wish to return the product if you find it unsatisfactory. Your interests are our biggest concern. We want to provide you with the best services. Please contact info@roju.app to resolve any queries you have. 

For more information, please refer to the following points. 

Return Process

  1. Please file a return order within 14 days of the initial purchase date (dated on the receipt). 
  2. Fill in your return order details in this form: ROJU Return and Refund Form 
  3. Submit the return order by emailing the pdf to info@roju.app.
  4. It will take approximately 30 working days for us to process your refunded products. 

Refund Process

  1. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the value of your returned products to the same card initially used for the purchase. 

Criteria for Returnable Products

  1. To ensure that your product can be re-sold as secondary sales, please make sure that: 
  2. The product is kept in its original condition. 
  3. The outer packing is intact and not damaged. 
  4. After 14 days since the initial purchase, you will not be able to file a return order unless the product is damaged. 

Non-returnable Products

  1. Discounted products (including affiliates coupon codes) 
  2. Customisable products 

Damaged Products

  1. Please contact our team at info@roju.app to open a case in order to resolve your issue. 
  2. Damages that are caused artificially will not be eligible for our return and refund policy. 
  3. Damages that are caused by long term use will not be eligible for our return and refund policy.

Shipping fees and additional fees

  1. Please note that ROJU will not be able to refund any shipping fees, outbound or inbound.
  2. ROJU will also not be liable for any additional charges such as cross-border fees, import taxes or customs duties. 

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns

  1. In the event of a wrongly given address, ROJU will not be refunding any costs. The customer is responsible for checking that their mailing/billing address is correct.
  2. In the event that the product was damaged upon arrival (during the process of shipping), please contact info@roju.app as soon as possible. 
  3. In case of any dispute, ROJU reserves the right to the final decision.
