ROJU3000 is a 4-week active lifestyle programme that uses jump rope as the main exercise. One of the best things about jump ropes is that you can workout with one pretty much anywhere – at home, at the park or in the gym. Just like training for a 10k run, you have to start small. ROJU3000 is specifically designed for beginners to get a step closer to a healthy lifestyle progressively through jumping rope and eating healthy. Why 3000? It is a great target for beginner jumpers to achieve to ensure they are ready for tricks and combos. As a bonus, you might even lose around 1 kg per week.
